📱 Device Setup - $45/ hour (in-person)
Assistance setting up laptops, smartphones, etc. We’ll make sure your new technology is ready to use - fully set up, optimized, and working exactly the way you need it.
Examples of service:
●Unboxing and configuring new laptops, desktops, or tablets
●Setting up smartphones (iPhone or Android) with contacts, email, and apps
●Connecting and configuring printers, Wi-Fi routers, and smart devices
●Installing essential software and updates
🛠️ Device Optimization & IT Troubleshooting - $55/hour (in-person)
Fast, reliable solutions for everyday tech problems - from small glitches to more complicated issues. Whether your computer is running slow, acting up, or just needs a cleanup, we’ll get it back in top shape.
Examples of service:
●Speeding up slow or freezing computers
●Optimizing startup and background processes
●Installing the latest updates & security patches
●Removing unnecessary programs, files, and malware
●Running full system health checks and updates
●Repairing Wi-Fi, printer, or connection problems
●Troubleshooting printer or scanner errors
●Fixing software issues and freeing up storage
●Cleaning browsers (extensions, cache, pop-ups)
●Updating or reinstalling operating systems and software
●Recommending performance upgrades (RAM, SSD, etc.)
⚠️ Emergency IT Help - $75/hour (PRIORITY in-person service)
Same-day priority service for urgent problems or deadlines, we provide front-of-the-line support to get you back on track quickly.
Examples of service:
●Computer crash before an important deadline
●Printer not working when documents are needed
●Urgent Wi-Fi or internet outage (Hot spot service provided)
●Computer lockout assistance
Security concerns (possible scam, hacked account, suspicious emails)
(Travel related costs may apply for outside Counties)

I started out certified in graphic design, but over the years my curiosity led me deeper into the world of computers, coding, and troubleshooting. What began as a passion turned into a lifelong journey of learning, problem-solving, and helping others feel at ease with technology.I know firsthand how overwhelming devices can feel when they don’t “just work.” For many people that frustration can quickly turn into stress or even feeling left behind. That’s why I created SilverTech Assist LLC: to bring patience, trust, and kindness into every tech support visit.As a Wallingford local, I truly enjoy helping people right here in my community. There’s something special about being able to support my neighbors.
